We expect our Product Designer role to take on the following responsibilities:

Create high quality user experiences while closely collaborating with other product designers and product managers,
Contribute to the overall design direction of the product and participate in all aspects of product design process,
Address complex design challenges and deliver the best solutions,
Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

We are looking for the following characteristics:

5+ years of product design experience,
Experience working across each design lifecycle stage, from research to ideation to delivery,
Strong understanding or interest of investment ecosystem,
Strong command of layout, iconography, typography, and information architecture,
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to simplify intricate ideas and transform them into user-friendly solutions that have had a notable effect on business performance,
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail,
A good communicator and an excellent team player,
Open to changing needs and requirements of a dynamic work environment.
