What you’ll be doing:
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security, efficiency, and reliability.
- Administer and optimize AWS cloud environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business goals.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for network systems and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices, including regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Respond to security incidents and develop incident response plans to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of network and system data.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study,
- At least 8 years of experience as a System Network Administrator or Network Engineer,
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, MacOS, and Linux,
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, and associated services (AD, GPO, DNS, VPN),
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities,
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for testing and uncovering errors.
